Stephanie Anne Studio respects your privacy. This page explains what information is collected when you use this website, why, and who it is shared with.
What I collect
- When you order: your name, email address, phone number (if you give it), and billing and delivery addresses, so I can process, post and support your order.
- When you use the contact form: your name, email address and message, so I can reply.
- When you browse: basic technical information such as your browser type and the pages you visit, collected through cookies (see below).
Payments
Card and PayPal payments are processed securely by the payment provider you choose (WooPayments, which is powered by Stripe, or PayPal). Your full card details go straight to them and are never stored on this website.
Who your information is shared with
Your information is only shared with the services needed to run the shop:
- the payment provider that handles your payment
- the postal or courier service that delivers your order
- Hostinger, which hosts this website and stores order and contact form records
- email services used to send your order confirmations
Your information is never sold or rented to anyone.
Cookies
This site uses cookies to keep items in your cart, remember your checkout details and understand how visitors find the site. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but the cart and checkout may not work properly without them.
The Instagram section on the home page shows posts from @stephanie.anne.studio through a service called Behold. Loading it fetches images from Behold and Instagram, which may collect basic technical information about your visit under their own privacy policies.
Accessing or correcting your information
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information I hold about you at any time through the contact form. If you have a concern about how your information has been handled, please get in touch and I’ll respond as soon as I can.
